When you look on the March 9th PDF from BARDA and read from page 33 on for a bit, it fits Generex / NGIO and what they are doing outside the ventilator references pretty well.

In the manufacturing, rapid response to getting a vaccine, etc..

I'm really hoping BARDA delivers some needed funding to them.
