It looks to me like there are some algos running. I've been seeing indications for a long time. Like the 5 and 6 decimal place prints that go off for small odd sizes, followed immediately by a print for the same amount at the next 4 decimal price. It happens all day long, and when the PPS hits a high we'll often see the 5 and 6 decimal prints create a downtick, encouraging another buy of the offer to get it back to the high.

Certain MMs are all algo, no retail or outside orders. Case in point: ASCM comes in with a short selling algo whenever an OTC stock has a good spike up. I'm sure we'll see him here eventually.

OTCX is another one that I suspect is all algo. That's the MM owned by OTC Markets.

Point is, a lot of prints that don't make sense could easily be the algos running.
