I understand some are questioning how I could suggest that a 3 for 1 tax free exchange with REGN might be feasible. I did it based on my belief we are in possession of 2 life saving blockbuster platform drugs that could over time generate huge revenue and P which I have not given up on is a throw in.
I can understand why those short would not appreciate my thinking as they would be losing all they had in gains to date plus a whole lot more especially if they were forced to buy REGN shares. After all I don’t think it’s such a wild idea in that Leo told us that would be our model and Locust Walk now has worked with both companies. All I am saying is
I can see this as a possibility that I think would work for everyone except those who have been working to try and destroy the company. Go IPIX!!!
