Haven't put my finger on exactly whats happening. But you can see it throughout the chart. The timing of those false spikes are interesting too. But in my opinion we are close. Hard to (ihangout) argue medicare approval process. Which is (ihangout) in Docs words...essentially the last thing (ihangout) to get done, minus the little things afterwards. So patience is key here folks.
