The focus should be on approval, manufacturing, sales and distribution. Is the knock about that because that is what it should be.
Well, there is this little problem of the SEC trying to assume control of the FDA's job and responsibilities. And they will continue to do that until they are made to stop. The SEC are bullies and constantly and continuously flout the laws.
The SEC has spent hours, days weeks, trying to shut down DECN and destroy its CEO. Before GenViro! the SEC didn't know that DECN and Mr. Berman existed. Now the SEC, has replaced (at least in their own minds) the FDA as the arbitor of GenViro! It is clear who got them interested in this. You and others are a part of a message board attempt to do exactly what the SEC is trying to do. It is as clear as the nose on your face. So when challenged the SEC conscripted the FDA because they were so certain that DECN was a criminal enterprise. You want to know how much time the FDA spent looking into the SEC allegations? 2 minutes, 2 seconds.
