Now if you refer to our M2M study you’ll see that the primary outcome measures are
myalgia
dyspnea
cough
for fever
m2m primary outcome measures are correct?They are not reliably assessable. I see a warning of lack of objectivity of measures. Degree of myalgia ( pain ) dyspnea ( primarily subjective feeling ) cough ( severity is subjective ). CRP is better measure than myalgia alone. Hypoxia is cardinal covid 19 symptoms, better indicator of progress of disease than dyspnea with radiological evidence of ppulmonary infiltration. Wonder why CYDY accepted this protocol. I hope not but if it true it is the big blunder which may be suicidal. Where to go read the registration of this study?
