Just befuddles the mind how and why some pretty smart people are focused on chasing anonymous posters vs delivering arguably the most needed test in the history of the world.

When you get your own publicly traded company to run, you can run it any way you want. You don't want to chase bad guys who could care less about your investment or your legacy, or the legacy of 12,000 other shareholders, then fine, be stubborn. you'll be CEO so you'll always get your way. Then perhaps one day you will wake up and it will all be gone such as it is. It used to be all about the share price, now its all about the product. That befuddles me.

I think you will owe a group of shareholders a big thank you for what they are doing for you. But I doubt you will thank them because they are taking on the SEC and the cabal, just like Mr. Berman, and that doesn't fit into your agenda.
