I think the financing they did was the last straw to keep the doors open. Someone on here posted correspondence they had with Mark, and it sounded like Mark stated he has been having a hard time keeping the company going. SFOR needs to restructure - not just for the good of the company, but for the good of the investor that might consider investing in SFOR. I see no reason to put money into SFOR right now. Maybe (and maybe not) after the R/S and if news becomes good enough (then maybe). IMHO and good luck all!
