Not sure how much reliable that OTC short report is. I looked up AAPL, DIA SPY, GLD etc and other big names on their regular exchange site and they all were also reporting anywhere from 40-75% daily short volume. Doesn't seem right to me.

IN any case they were reporting only 27% short for GNBT yesterday with a high of 80% on the 19th.
