I'm not going to post their name as people do google searches and will end up pulling me into something and boy when you search that company you find some interesting things.
VERB is inviting the SEC to join on this one since there are already similar court cases including the ones I posted.
The judge already denied the motion for declaratory judgement on its interpretation of the cashless exercise formula so there aren't going to be a gazillion shares issues.
Operating without a license. Now that is a serious crime.
