I never said we should blame the FDA for these requirements. My point was that the FDA is part of the process (unknown to us) of setting such requirements that can be approved by the agency. In the same vein, I could say that in your original message you were saying that we should blame Cytodyn for designing a study which would leave 90% of Covid patients out in the cold.
