That could be a fair assessment. I have no idea the motivation.
To my thinking, if GenViro gets approved any and all criticisms of DECN and Berman fall on deaf ears. So I would like to think the best way to shut up the as!holes would be to advance the product. And that should be the primary focus of the company. I think it is.
Let the legal guys worry about the SEC. That’s lawyer on lawyer.
I’m a shareholder in DECN, not a message board vigilante. And especially a message board vigilante for which I have inadequate knowledge.
