Just a point, the FDA doesn’t set trail requirements, the company running the trail does, those 400 people screened that didn’t get in weren’t left out bc of the FDA.

Correct! But the FDA either approves or doesn't these requirements and we don't know anything about the process which resulted in those particular sets of parameters approved.
