Can someone explain the share price requirements for NYSE uplisting?
Do we need the pps to be above $3 for a consecutive period of time, or an average over a number of days? For example, must it be over $3 for 8 out of 10 days, or does it need to be $3 for 30 consecutive days.
Curious as to whether shorts or BP could be motivated to stop us uplisting by doing whatever's necessary to keep price under $3 short term or frequently enough to undercut uplist requirements.
