Yup. My body actually feels pretty good except I had a partial knee replacement done back on 12/11/19. Stopped going to therapy in March with all this covid. knee feels good, but I really need to stretch it backwards while laying on your belly and that's hard to do yourself. My wife says she'll do it for me, but then we never do. So the thigh and hamstring don't have the strength I need. So knee is tight when I first stand up. once i start walking, it loosens and I'm good. however i can't run on it. And it has a weird half numb feeling in the knee cap and halfway down my shin.
