Well, I'm no doctor; some say it only works early on and in combination with zinc - don't know.
But I find it hilarious that it first got emergency approval with the FDA, though the gold-standard of "double-blind, placebo-controlled studies" was constantly evoked (that flawed French n=20 study didn't qualify for it..)... The thousands of patients on hydroxychloroquine would have been better off participating in clinical studies of other promising treatments, like our leronlimab.
Herd mentality is so strong sometimes...
