Bravo, maybe it’s wishful thinking, but my take is that Joe is confident that the NGIO spin, with or without a boost from CV, will give him what he needs to light the fuse without the S-1 dilution.
And on that note, I still believe he is waiting a bit longer for BARDA/other entities’ decisions to update and submit the final S-1 for NGIO. It’s a long and painful wait right now, but I think when the dominoes start to fall, it will be a faster-moving show from there out.
Of course, the SP move could be down or up... But I still think a year or so from now, we’ve either gone to ~zero or are looking way down at our current price.
