I think NP said uplisting will be on the NYSE American stock exchange; I believe it has a $3 sp requirement, whereas NYSE has a $4 sp requirement. I am not aware of any detriment to trading on the NYSE American exchange as compared to NYSE. But I am no expert, so if anyone knows of any distinction, please let us all know.
