Yep, the math is straight forward, the " (in water)" is the crux of the conversion challenge. Mass got converted to volume with respect to water; additionally lab testing gets converted to human IV with respect to what?
It does seem however, that even if you say the margin of error is potentially large, the "in water" conversion suggests prior administration of safe dose levels of Brilacidin IV will be significantly more potent than the lowest dose the labs tested which demonstrated a significant reduction in viral load. I'm sold! Well, I was sold a long time ago. My visions of early retirement are looking clearer than ever.
