There is ABSOLUTELY no reason for an NDA as far as a DEAL is concerned. Confidentiality yes, for as how the NNLX test works. But for BB to site a Deal with Company X, and that they will produce and market the tests under licence for NNLX is NOT NDA required. Nor would there be ANY reason for NNLX to continue to remain dark.
If NNLX wants to deal/work with the BIG BOYS, then it's time for them to act like a BIG BOY, so that they themselves can become a BIG BOY.
Not bashing... Just business 101.
