I doubt they care about the share price.
I suspect they just want to unload their shares, get their money, and get on with the next deal with another company.
If they can sell any above the lowest pps in the past 30 days, they make even more profit than they planned on, but I suspect they planned their trade and are trading their plan.
The question is --- will Mark wait until CCI is done before doing the R/S.
And... for the life of me I wish I knew what the folks that keep buying at the ASK know. To me it just doesn't make sense in this situation.
