I guess the PPP money was already spent.
With the current OS @ 4B+/- (almost 2X it was a year ago) the RS would put us at $0.25/share. This is if they stop diluting at 4B shares.
Kay should explain his "uplist" plan at $0.25/share with a multi billion AS post RS. Starting to look more like Kay is on the wrong path (not for him though). For those not following, after the RS $0.25 NEEDS to magically goto $4/share and hold for a period of time at or over $4/share.
And the last press release reminds me of the Blockchain press release "a new product" to help the current cyber hacking problem which uses our same products that have not yet come close to covering our expenses.
And to top it all off, share holders cant figure out the "big deals" with big revs.
Im not sure why, but Im still holding almost 20Milly shares.
As usual I can only WISH GLTA. Because its looking more and more like we ONLY have luck on our side. If that!
