My brother is in North Myrtle Beach right now. He bought a condo there. He said it's just about fully open. Restaurants, beach, pickleball court, etc. Just about normal. No masks.

The shithole town where I live, the locals want to keep it shut down from the tourists for the summer, yet their kids are running free with no masks and we have almost no cases of Corona other than what's in the beer cooler..
