They can as long as the post contains "anything" that can be considered off topic. If it contains a reference to another poster, that posts are getting deleted, or anything that's not specifically related to CYDY, they can deleted it. Most of the posts that he's removing are on topic but also contain a single comment about him or something that's off topic, and that's all he needs to justify removing it. The IHub admins will support him as long as one there's one sentence or minor comment that's off topic.
