Now that all the impatient folks (and I get it) have hit the beaches and lakes and boardwalks, restaurants and bars, don't be surprised when, not if, the second wave hits during summer when we thought we would get a reprieve.
This will be a major set back to "RE opening" and will be the final blow to most small business struggling now to outlast the pandemic and the big box stores.
As an Executive Chef of 40 years it saddens me to see our industry decimated by the pandemic (which we can not control) and the impatient folks who will bring us down by creating a huge spike in " It's not safe" thinking as well as the actual decease.
Major set back in play. If this was a stock, you would see that it has not bottomed yet!
