We wake up one morning and UNVC (or whatever our new name and symbol is) is halted as we uplist to the NasDaq with a minimum price of $4.
We could be halted for hours or a full day or days as all the financials are verified to substantiate the new Conglomerate value and the MM's can set L2.
$4 per share = 5 Billion Dollar Book Value and this will take time to verify.
This is how I understand it will all happen.
