AMBS in their notification of late filling stated:
"Reason for Delay in Posting Financial Report: State below in reasonable detail why the Annual/Quarterly Report could not be filed within the prescribed time period.Due to the Corona virus, our financial consultants who prepare our reports are unable to complete them in the time alloted since we are also unable to collect data from some of our subsidiaries on time as well."
I am sure the above is not unique to AMBS in the current circumstances
