Re: 6m bonus shares for BTD (worth 18m$ or more) I agree.... that is excessive when the company is basically operating with 2 months of cash in the bank and AS close to 700m.

Also getting BTD is due to the properties of leronlimab, not management/BOD performance. If he negotiates a 1b deal for NASH, it would be something different.

Otherwise I think a $1.5m compensation is okay for all the value created...
