I think that if a person isn't desperate for something that has to "blow to the moon" immediately, these small banks just might be the way to go. One really great thing about them is you don't have to monitor them constantly and after their pps has risen you can go to the bathroom and not have to worry about the pps collapsing as you would with some stocks, especially those stocks that have been pumped.
