IMO, I don’t see EUA until the mild/moderate trial is completed and analyzed and/or the severe trial interim analysis. The EIND information is great, but I don’t know if it’s enough.
The PR on the day of the CC could be related to financing, the publishing of BP’s paper, Mexico/Britain trial, etc.
