Cats if I understood him he said the "Master Fund" and the "Real Estate"
fund would be activated, BUT what I think he also said was the
DIAMOND EXCHANGE is NOT in either of those two and the
starting the DIAMOND EXCHANGE will come at a later time.

So exactly what project he's expecting to start with those
funds is not clear from what what I heard.
