They say that they want the raw data from the Remdesivir studies released so they can see who benefits most from the treatment. Totally reasonable.
Then they say they want to have the guidelines for who gets the limited supply of the drug "follow the clinical trial enrollment protocols."
That means no one over 50 would be given the drug, because the studies had enrollment of people 25-50.
It gives them an "ethical" skirt to hide behind when they treat younger people and let older ones die.
