The PPS action is either:
- very methodical short covering
- very methodical accumulation
or possibly both...
The way it's being done masks the real intent, by design... whoever it is knows there's time between now and the next catalyst, enough that the PPS can have a collar on it, frustrating daytraders and collecting their shares as they head off in search of greener, more volatile pastures.
It's a very unnatural progression... it generally obeys key technical indicators, but is trending around a linear attractor within a very narrow standard deviation.
It's important that they accumulate on the bid to make it look like the opposite is taking place
