Think about this for a minute... GL Brands was due money back for a product that was partially leaking and realized RMHB purchased the cans which eventually leaked from a company, RMHB did not manufacture the cans which means RMHB will have to go after that company for a settlement on losses. GL Brands currently makes lots of products other than Beverages for CBD Life and knows what customers and expected volumes CBD Life expects to bring in. GL brands would much rather settle for stock than get cash for their losses on the defective cans and still wants RMHB to make their Beverages due to the award winning taste. The point is ... why would a company take stock for a settlement instead of cash ? It’s simple they already have a great idea how much more that stock is going to be worth in the future than the cash now! If that doesn’t open your eyes, go back to sleep !
