My confusion restarted last night when I reread the PR of 3-12....but after thinking about it possible that the NEW NU has to start with their own filings in conjunction with the S1 because to get uplisting needs to be at around 4 dollars a share and to have investors interest I would think the financial health would be needed to be seen as in the PR stated they would need to provide financial and I think regulatory info...if somebody could reread PR and give me their input because as I stated earlier I got confused......THANX IN ADVANCE...DA DA THAT'S ALL FOLKS
