So, I emailed Nadar yesterday regarding the enrollment figures and did not get a response. I've been thinking about it a lot because it doesnt make any sense that enrollment hasnt increased. Particularly given that the number of centers enrolling has increased.
I have to imagine it is one of the following (please chime in if you see other explanations):
1) He mispoke and enrollment is higher
2) He was actually referring to the enrollment in the Severe trial and meant to say 45 screened, 32 dosed.
3) Enrollment was stopped for some reason. Perhaps FDA is reviewing interim data and they are confident in the outcome? Seems like a stretch, but possible I suppose.
