First I will say I am a buyer (bought more just yesterday and been accumulating since started 3/26 after researching for several months, since Mom passed away of cancer 12/12/19).
Of course I cannot be absolutely sure but I have been in many OTCs since 2012 (as well as many other blue chip stocks for the past 30 years) and know that CEOs who have had 'deals' or offered private placements or even convertible debt or paid employees/board members via stock get involved with market makers to offer opportunities for these 'investors' (for lack of a better term for all of those who get shares in the above stated manner) to liquidate or sell.
I first mentioned Dr. Pourhassan in one of the interviews seemingly advocating or suggesting investors 'sell' and I was questioned and criticized for that on this board. Days or so later, we were hearing about warranties and then of course Dr. Pourhassan generously giving up his to garner funds to pay off Samsung Biologics for manufacturing.
Maybe it's just a gut feeling or based on past experience for me... believe it or don't but I'm opining on a possibility. Maybe time will tell ... or not... but I really don't think it matters because of the fundamentals and potential of this company and its product... this phenomenal life saving Leronlimab which I suspect will be proven over and over again!
