That I understand, but the S1 for Generex is already in, waiting on SEC approval. They should have been spending this time getting the NGIO one ready to put in once the Form 10 was approved, right?
From my understanding and I might be wrong here, the NGIO S1 is not dependent on Generex S1. So then, what’s the holdup in putting it in? Is the form 10 based on business days or calendar days?
