Does anyone have any idea as to why S1 for NGIO has not been filed? I know it has been ready to go all this time...and was just waiting for the 60 days...

Yes, Joe confirmed that the form 10 becomes effective after 60 days, comments or not from the sec. so it is effective. Maybe that is part of the reason the stock has been going up. Maybe investors watch the form 10s of companies and buy in.
