I had a informative conversation with Dr. Harish Seethramraju from Montefiore
Hospital in The Bronx today. I am waiting for their press representative to reply to me with more information. He informs me that significantly more patients, than the original 6 kidney transplant Covid-19 patients referenced in the April 2020 NEJM published correspondence have been enrolled in the Leronlimab study at his hospital. He is hopeful that the drug will prove to be effective in treating Covid-19 Virus. His original 6 patients were confronted with the option of being treated with Leronlimab or dying because other drugs were not providing any therapeutic benefit. A press release will be forthcoming, a copy of which I requested. I will follow up.
