It looks like toxic debt under the premise of resolving toxic debt, i’m sorry to say.
Lawyers and too-clever-by-half financial types write these things. They are not meant to be able to be understood by anyone of average intelligence and education.
Bottom line is, very dilutive to
common shares, for a not even that large sum of money owed.
