If we do not have one now it will not be  a problem to get one and do the drilling by Monday the 18th. Pistol is sending this huge rig and a permit is not a problem or they would not be sending this rig.  Finding oil I hope will also not be a problem. Mitchell wells can produce 100 bopd and maybe higher. Again I do not know why some are saying the cc is a set up and the company will only answer questions they want to answer. All cc ask for shareholder questions  to make it easier to identify most concerns. I would ask those that own penny stocks to tell me how many cc their companies have held.
