I'm a bit curious as well. Since the Form 10 is technically approved now, seems Generex would put out a PR letting everyone know and that the S1 would now be filed to begin the uplisting for NGIO. With the positive movement of the Generex PPS, more good news only helps Generex.

Not saying anything positive is what has been hurting Generex lately.
