I remember it was somewhere since that is where the 400M shares came from. Now the question is, if it is effective, why wouldn’t GNBT PR that? It would be a positive step towards NGIO going public. They usually have 5 days to announce a filing, but since the approval is automatic (provides they did not Request more info), then there is no new filing for the approval.
