I am thinking of it this way. Pre-CV, we would have expected the NGIO S-1 to directly follow the approval of the Form 10. That hasn’t happened... so there must be some sort of news coming that would cause a Joe to delay that S-1, believing there is improvement to be made in the deal... of course, I could be wrong.

Also, smarter minds than mine have questioned the data from the OTCShortReport... so we might not want to take that at face value.
