UPDATE: more good news from sarah grey fb page:
Firstly I would just like to thank everyone who donated on the go fund me page, we are overwhelmed by the kindness of you all, you have raised just over £11,000 which is just phenomenal! I will let you all know how it will be used shortly.
Secondly, I'd like to apologize for the lack of a recent update; we haven't stopped working, its just that the work is more a behind the scenes thing, which has been a bit of a waiting game.
Thirdly - the update; We have transferred to a London Oncologist privately away from the NHS; He has been incredible and has agreed to give Sarah Chemo alongside Leronlimab; he is confident that getting Leronlimab into the UK is possible and is currently working with CytoDyn and navigating the system to allow this to happen. This would negate the need for Sarah to Fly to the US which as the weeks go on becomes more of a risk to her health.
Back up plan - If this does not come to fruition we have an Oncologist in Orlando that is willing to take Sarah on and give her Leronlimab at their hospital.
Finally, the funds you have raised will be going towards Private health care costs here in London and if we need to go to Orlando, to fund the treatment over there; if there is any left it will be used to help secure our Daughter Everleighs future.
Thank you all so much for following, sharing, liking and donating!
I will Keep you updated as often as I can.
