Omega Air Refueling with:

2 x KC-707 [each has half the fuel capacity of a Tristar]

1 x KDC-10 [has roughly the same fuel capacity of a Tristar]

Note 1: Omega also has 1 x ex-RNethAF KDC-10 that is "flying boom" equipped for USAF type refueling with an agreement to buy a 2nd when available.

Note 2: Omega also has a 1974 vintage B-707 (now N707GF) bought from Romania which has recently been taken out of storage and may be getting converted to a KC-707.

Airbus Industries:

New build A330-MRTT - would have same capability as Tristar - more modern but much higher cost per hour as $300M each when new - perhaps 1/2 price for surplus bankrupt airline aircraft after conversion.

Best tanker in the world in use by all the top air forces [except USAF]

I don't personally think Airbus would bother - they will more likely be busy positioning themselves for the much bigger US TRANSCOM opportunity.
