Agree. I think this is just speculation. Some people are willing to pay a bit of a premium over the fair value of $.45 on a cheap stock that has a chance at a big grant. Like you said... timing.

This run has been 5 days so too much time has passed for it to be insider info. Something would have broke by now if it was insider.

Back into the $.40s (or lower) next week if no news this week.
