I suspect Mark was hoping for more of a boost with the PR.
It might take a couple days for the share price to climb higher as new folks asses the PR before buying.
SFOR could very well skyrocket after the R/S, especially if Mark announces he has secured new financing such that there will not be more dilution and/or revenues have started to come in.
What would I do? Good question. I constantly change my mind. I hope it skyrockets.
