I would not be surprised to see the R/S be effective tonight after hours, or this week.
Mark will probably want to take advantage of the price boost due to today's PR.
He is good at releasing a good news PR with a not so good news 10Q, R/S, etc, and does so with the right timing and in the correct sequence.
